libticcutils2 software package provides library for TiCC software, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libticcutils2
libticcutils2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libticcutils2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libticcutils2 *
You will get with libticcutils2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
